You Weren't Meant to Walk This Alone

About Andrew

Andrew Lanchoney is a husband, father of five, and a Catholic Life Coach who helps men and women find greater interior freedom, peace, and clarity when they feel stuck, discouraged, ashamed, or divided within themselves.

Many of the people Andrew works with deeply love God and sincerely desire holiness, but still feel trapped in recurring patterns and inner conflict. His coaching helps clients better understand the “why” beneath those struggles, so they can stop fighting themselves in confusion and begin moving toward greater clarity, integration, and peace.

All throughout high school, friends would call Andrew to get advice. In the working world, Andrew was constantly placed in training roles. As a tutor in math and science, it became clear that focusing only on the material wasn’t the issue - there were almost always issues of confidence and false beliefs. When he discovered Catholic Life Coaching, everything clicked. Catholic Life Coaching brings every element he has been passionate about together - inner relationships, renouncing false beliefs, and claiming the Truth Jesus wants us to live out.

Andrew’s approach is rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person. He also draws on tools like CliftonStrengths and Internal Family Systems.

In addition to his private coaching, Andrew serves with Freedom Coaching, where he helps men who are battling recurring sexual sin and cycles of shame.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

"My time with Andrew has been very blessed. I initially sought out Catholic coaching, looking for vocational guidance. However, I received much more. Through thoughtful reflection and regular meetings with Andrew, I not only have a better idea of where the Lord is leading me in my vocation, but I have a better understanding of how the lord works in my everyday life.Andrew is very well-versed in internal family systems theory and has a great way of explaining things. Learning more about IFS with Andrew's guidance has started me on an unexpected journey of self-discovery, for which I am truly grateful. Lastly, Andrew is very available, not only during and while scheduling regular meetings, but he is also excellent at responding to questions I may have outside of meetings.I am very grateful for Andrew's consistency, patience, knowledge, and prayers for me. I would highly recommend him as a personal Catholic Coach."

"I have been meeting with Andrew for a few sessions and it has been outstanding. I greatly struggle with anxiety and intense personality insecurities. Andrew is someone that I have felt safe with to share these struggles and be vulnerable about what I’ve been through. He listens not to respond but rather to understand - taking his time to formulate his thoughts, allowing God to inspire his words and guide the conversation. He implements a tactic called Parts Work (IFS), which addresses emotions like they are their own person. Affirming the experiences that you have been through and building a space to grow within the various pains or even joys. For Andrew, no detail is small as it all correlates to who you are, which is an attribute that I have not found in many people.I have had countless conversations with priests, nuns, and very intentionally religious people throughout my life. No one has quite had the gift of knowing what to say and how to say it as Andrew. I have cried on many occasions with how he pours into the wounds of my heart, which is genuine love that I think everyone deserves to experience on their path to healing."
